How will you provide images?

All portraits will be emailed to individual attendees through our automated system within 48 hours (72 hours for gatherings exceeding 1,000 subjects). Attendees can download their images and select a favorite on our platform. You will receive all photos renamed with the attendee's name, along with their chosen favorites, neatly organized in a single file.

Our talented artists wield the subtle magic of retouching, banishing stray hairs and tiny wrinkles, brightening eyes, and creating an enchanting allure that makes individuals fall in love with their image without quite knowing why. What about new hires post-conference?

New team members are always welcome to visit our studio in Albany. We will harmonize their headshots with your company's brand, ensuring a seamless aesthetic.

Do you provide wardrobe suggestions?

Absolutely! We can craft a color palette inspired by your logo and brand hues to offer attendees a foundation for their attire choices.

Additionally, we can suggest accessories, jackets, and more to reflect the image you wish to project for your company.
